Having our AC go out on the hottest day of the summer (so far) was less than convenient. While we anticipating a delay in getting it diagnosed and back up and running, we were pleasantly surprised to have same day diagnostics and repair. The technician was able to be onsite in less than 2 hours. He was very professional, honest about the health of our heat pump, and efficient in getting it fixed. Great experience.
