Garth was fantastic from beginning to end. I'm an investor from out of town, and was able to get this room, which was in desperate need of a paint job, some much needed love. Garth was able to start and finish this project quickly and at a fair price. Will definitely be using again for my future painting needs!

Garth was very responsive and fun to have around. He and his helper Sydney had great attitudes and were always willing to go above and beyond. He even helped adjust a door in between painting and took trash out to the dumpster and out on a heated steering wheel cover. :)
The kitchen is coming along amazing! I totally recommend hiring this company!!!!

Garth and his assistant Sid were great. They were very professional and courteous. Always showed up exactly when they said they would and did the work exactly as promised. The paint job looks great. It’s like a brand new home. We have already hired him to do the inside next. I highly recommend them.

Homeowners Maintenance Paint & Repair LLC was a no brainer after 2 other quotes. Garth was great to work with. He was pretty much booked for weeks to come and my project being relatively small was able to squeeze me in and get the job done in a matter of a couple of days. He made recommendations I didn't even think about for some wood trim and shutters and I am so glad he did because the update looks amazing! Don't hesitate. Garth arrived right on time, the job was done the right way the first time. Paint color was exact and his pricing was within budget.
We found Garth to be responsive and even though our project threw him a curve ball or two, ie, unexplained advent of a garage door, he took it all in stride and didn't bat an eye.
Completion was on time and within budget quote.
Highly recommend this guy. He really is a Homerun!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a walk through of the opportunity, have a conversation while observing what needs the customer has. Exceed those demands and provide a reason for them to refer me to others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an engineering supervisor of facilities for 3 years running my own staff. Spent 5 years as the lead maintenance operator for a retail services store. Spent 3 years as a assistant of maintenance for a construction company providing maintenance and installation for commercial restaurants in the Pacific Northwest primarily working overnight.
