I've been a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Counselor and Empowerment Life Coach for 20 years. I can kick your bootie into shape through High Intensity Interval Training, increase your flexibility and focus through yoga and pilates, and assist with rehab. Escape into an inspiring day or weekend retreat in nature, meet one on one or in a group coaching session to turn your trials into triumphs! I'm trained in dozens of types of fitness and modalities. Working with physicians, physical therapists and psychiatrist, I assist with various types of physical and cognitive challenges assisting with mobility, pain management, flexibility, balance and stability exercises paired with core strengthing. In addition we work with clients pre and post gastric by-pass, lap band and sleeve, eating disorders and create custom meals that fit your plan. Covid precautions: We take safety serious. Our studio is sanitized on a regular basis with organic cleaners, air purifiers and essential oils. Kate is amazing. She pushes me without making me feel guilty. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her instructions are clear and informative. We have been working on weight loss and muscle strength and she has been supportive and motivating. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to have a support system not just a trainer.

I met with Kat for about an hour to go over my goals (balance, flexibility and weight loss) and chat to see if we would be a good fit before any commitment or payment was made. Kat has many years experience including but not limited to Pilates, yoga, strength training, cardio, etc. I have been seeing her twice a week for about a month and I am starting to feel better than I did before working with her. She provides varied workouts so I do not get bored. She also increases weights used to ensure I continue to make progress. She is a good motivator and provides written evidence, in a notebook she gave me, of what I have worked on, reps, etc. This way I can workout another day or two on my own. I recommend her without hesitation.

Kat is very personable and comfortable to work with. She has a great attitude and is very encouraging when the going gets tough! I really enjoyed my time working with her. She not only helped me with my weight loss goals but helped me work through some particularly stressful things in my life. Kat has taught me a wide variety of exercises based on my needs/wants. She was very good at modifying certain exercises to account for my weak wrists and knees and ensure that my sore shoulder was not being strained. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She is a great teacher, friend and confidant.

Love working out with KAT!! She is awesome. Works your sessions around where you are at and where you are trying to get. Taking into account any old injuries or limitations you may have. Absolutely recommend her to anyone!!! I always get done sweating and glad I did it.
