FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, dump/disposal fees, access to the area, and labor involved. I always try to give fair and straightforward pricing with no surprise charges. Discounts may be available for recurring services or bundled work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with photos or a quick walkthrough so I can understand the project and provide an accurate quote. Once approved, I communicate arrival times clearly, complete the work efficiently, and make sure the area is cleaned up before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring years of leadership, operations, logistics, and hands-on experience from both the military and civilian workforce. My background taught me the importance of accountability, communication, time management, and treating people and property with respect. I’ve also spent years managing projects, coordinating teams, and solving problems in fast-paced environments.
