Introduction: I provide one-on-one training in a private gym as well as helping with meal plans and workout schedules outside of the gym that can be done on your own time when we are not training. I train in a multitude of weight lifting applications from basic plyometric movements to free weights, kettlebells , TRX and cable machines. Progress is recorded from body fat measurements as well as diameters of the hips, waist, chest and arms. I love the rewarding feeling when a client achieves their goals of weight loss or strength and muscle gain. Helping someone achieve better Health and Wellness is the most gratifying feeling you can have in my opinion.

I love working with Marty. I've been coming to him for the past couple months and always have a great time. Workouts are hard, but he tailors the work to fit my ability while still pushing me to new limits. He's also a lot of fun to talk to, which I find makes me much more excited to get in the gym. I would recommend him to anybody.
