- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour, but I provide a free consultation and first session for interested clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and discuss their history of health and medical issues if any, what they are wanting to accomplish for their fitness goals and what they have participated in the past. I like to also discuss diet and any other activities they are able to do besides the training sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have had decades of sports activity, weight lifting and coaching in my background.
