- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak with the customer usually over the phone asking them basic qualifying questions. Then, if everything sounds good, we go out and perform a detailed site assessment on the property. We then produce you a proposal based on your wants and the assessment. Finally, at your leisure, we work out the details in the contract and start installing solar. A typical residential installation takes about 2-3 days to install. Including permitting and inspections, the entire process can be about 1-2 months. This is also dependent on which city/jurisdiction you live in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NABCEP certified installer and also hold a NABCEP Technical Sales certificate. I also am licensed LRT (Licensed Renewable Technician) in the state of Oregon and a Tax Credit Certified Technician (TCCT) and sits on the board of the Oregon Solar Energy Industries Association (OSEIA).
