We had Arctic out in the middle of the 100+ heat wave when the air conditioning quit running. Ryan was quick, professional, and courteous. He gave us a few pointers so it wouldn't stop again and his visit was an all round pleasant experience. Keep him employed Arctic, he's making you look good!

During to hottest part of summer our church HVAC system went down. They check the system and then moved forward in the replacement of it in a very timely manner. The technicians were polite, punctual, very clean and helpful. We are about to have another system replace next week.

The installation crew at Arctic showed up on time, as promised. They were professional and the work was completed quickly. Better still, they didn't leave a mess for me to clean up! Due to contractors being backed up with work I was lucky they could squeeze my work into their busy schedule. The crew boss kept in good communication with me prior to the installation and even checked back afterwards to be certain everything met my expectations.

Artic is the greatest team who treat everyone really good. From the office staff to the Sales Manager. The repair men are exceptional. I had one experience where Ryan had to crawl under my house and repair a big problem for me. He called for backup and the men had my AC going again and we sure needed it. Also the installer TJ is the go to guy and he probably could install your new unit blind folded. Thanks Artic each and everyone of you.
