Chris cleaned our kitchen and bathrooms and did an amazing job! We have had a regular professional cleaning company in the past, and she did as good (if not better) than they did. She was professional and her price is competitive. We have 3 little kids, so our house was a mess but she made it spotless! I am so grateful!

I had an empty rental that needed to be cleaned after I had moved out. My rental happen to be a minimum 45 min drive from the largest city nearby. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive and will match almost anyones price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a walk thru and have them communicate what their needs and expectations are, then we discuss the dates that they want me to clean their home along with my fee and payment process. I make sure that there are no cleaning products that I need to avoid due to allergic reactions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have recently taken courses at CBC for safety and health, I was assigned to work at the DOE building at Stevens Center Place in Richland and was trained there as well as at WSU-Tri Cities, where I learned many things about chemicals and various cleaning techniques.
