Mr Lee is a professional. He is very punctual, responds quickly to issues and is very skilled to fix any kind of appliance issues. He was quick to fix an issue with our microwave and ice maker. 5 stars , nothing less!!

This was a great appliance repair experience, even though everything didn't go according to the initial plan. In my experience, appliance repair people want to charge $400 for a spending 10 minutes replacing a $10 part. QH charged a very reasonable hourly rate, was not quick to replace entire parts, and was flexible and responsive when there were bumps in the road. One of the best on Thumbtack!
