Mr Lee is a professional. He is very punctual, responds quickly to issues and is very skilled to fix any kind of appliance issues. He was quick to fix an issue with our microwave and ice maker. 5 stars , nothing less!!

Lee was at my house and fixed my issue within 18 hrs! I contacted late evening, my request was answered immediately, he was responsive and answered questions, and was flexible with next day time options between other jobs. A parts run was required to fix the problem and he even returned! Great customer service during a time when much is lacking, Lee was pleasant, did not price gouge and was friendly to my pets! What more can you ask for? I will not hesitate to contact Lee for future work!

This was a great appliance repair experience, even though everything didn't go according to the initial plan. In my experience, appliance repair people want to charge $400 for a spending 10 minutes replacing a $10 part. QH charged a very reasonable hourly rate, was not quick to replace entire parts, and was flexible and responsive when there were bumps in the road. One of the best on Thumbtack!
