Boris was the first and only tech out of 5 companies contacted on thumbtack that was willing to take a look at our furnaces circuit board and root cause solve the issue rather than recommending a full furnace replacement.
Although he was not directly able to fix it, he offered a couple solutions. We found a local electrician to help out and get our furnace up and running again. Ten Times came back in a timely manner and installed the board. Thanks again for saving us from the cold and from having to pay for a full furnace!

We are completely transparent and fair with our pricing.
For the majority of large appliance repairs, we charge between $179-$279 for labor plus the cost of the parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we want to accommodate the client and meet them at a time that is most convenient for them. We schedule an appointment with our technician to diagnose the problem and offer a price and timely efficient solution at a time that suits our clients needs.
Second, we do our best to be as precise as possible with our appointment time and work within 90 minute time slots.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are skilled and professional, some of the have years of hands on experience, others used to work as mechanics. We take pride in the work that we do and stand behind our technicians.
