Morgan walked into my home and was a professional, start to finish! No games, just honesty and integrity. Is very knowledgeable, however, if she didn't know an exact answer she reached out to a colleague for an assist...didn't just wing it! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our in person consultation will work out a to-the-penny price for the project in addition to any relevant discounts. We offer many different types of discounts (veteran, senior, seasonal, etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact new customers to schedule an in person consultation pretty quickly after receiving their information. We have a local staff as well as a national call center that share the duty. Then a design consultant will stop by to help design the project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work primarily with consumers looking to remodel/upgrade/update baths and showers.
