Koren was so friendly and thorough in going over all aspects of tub replacement -- things I've never thought of. However, installation will have to be postponed for now because my recent wall tile installation would have to be torn down and I'm not yet ready for that! But I will definitely call Five Star when I'm ready to replace the tub. Koren was great!

Ivan and Rodrigo from Five Star did a great job installing my new walk-in shower. They worked efficiently and were extremely careful with my home. I very much appreciated their professional and friendly manner. The project manager, Jagger was always responsive to any of my questions or concerns. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our in person consultation will work out a to-the-penny price for the project in addition to any relevant discounts. We offer many different types of discounts (veteran, senior, seasonal, etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact new customers to schedule an in person consultation pretty quickly after receiving their information. We have a local staff as well as a national call center that share the duty. Then a design consultant will stop by to help design the project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work primarily with consumers looking to remodel/upgrade/update baths and showers.
