I wanted to update my previous review after living with the blinds for a few weeks.
Looking back, I think I wrote my original review while I was still very frustrated. After having more time to use the blinds, I can honestly say I'm very happy with the final product. The blinds themselves are excellent, and they've made a huge difference in our home.
In hindsight, the delays were mostly caused by the manufacturer rather than the installer, and I believe the Vlad did everything he could to move the project forward. There were a few minor issues along the way, but the end result met my expectations.
I'm updating my review because I want it to reflect my overall experience fairly. While the process was frustrating at times, I'm satisfied with the final outcome and appreciate the effort that was made to make things right.
