We had a fantastic experience with our BelRed Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical maintenance technician for our cooling system check. He actually arrived early for the appointment before we made it back home, but instead of leaving or rescheduling, he graciously waited 30 minutes for us to return.Once we arrived, he was completely professional, and thorough while inspecting our AC unit.

I cannot comment on the actual service because it never happened.
I spoke with Hank and setup an appointment for today and took the day off. It was getting later in the day so I decided to ask for an update. It turns out that a valid number wasn’t obtained from me to Hank and my appointment was cancelled. I don’t understand how this wasn’t at least communicated through thumbtack if additional information was needed or missing.
