Initial diagnostic prices based off distance traveled - Remote diagnosis/customer travels to me - $25 Travel to customer - $35 Repair prices vary based off work performed - Virus scan/repair - $20 Hardware Issue - $80 + replacement part at MSRP Software Issue - $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once booking is accepted, I (or the customer) will arrive on location at the time and date that was set. I will perform the initial diagnostic and determine the scope of the issue. In the event that no additional parts are needed, I will perform work immediately. I will have the machine for a maximum of 2 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was initially trained in the United States Marine Corps as a computer repair technician (MOS Code: 2847). I began working at the Department of Corrections in Monroe, WA as a Systems Administrator at the age of 22 and that lasted for 4 years. At 26, I began work for a Cybersecurity company as a Helpdesk Engineer performing similar work except in a Apple/MacOS environment. I have been doing that for the past 3 (almost 4) years
