About
Hello! I’m Vadim, owner of Rot Solutions LLC. We specialize in rot repair, water damage restoration, and helping homeowners protect the homes they’ve worked hard for.
I built Rot Solutions around a straightforward belief: a repair should address the cause of the damage, not just what you can see. Homeowners deserve clear communication, honest recommendations, and quality work—even in the areas that will eventually be covered up.
We don’t just fix the rot—we find out what caused it. A rotted beam, soft window sill, or damaged siding can be a sign of water entering somewhere else. We investigate the intrusion point, explain what we find, and develop a repair plan that addresses both the damaged materials and the underlying moisture problem.
Whether the issue involves failed window flashing, a leaking deck, missing kick-out flashing, or water getting behind siding, our goal is to stop the cycle of damage. We remove compromised materials, rebuild the affected areas, and install appropriate flashing and waterproofing to help protect the repair.

Recommend! we were having siding work done by another contractor and discovered structural damage from missing kick out flashing (moisture and moisture ants). we got estimates from a few different companies to do this structural repair and selected Rot Solutions because they made us feel the most comfortable about doing the repair right. They came in and did a great job, showed up on time, communicated with us throughout the repair. We hope to work with Vadim and his team again on another project we have planned.

Rot Solutions was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were responsive, efficient and communicative from the start through the finish of the project. Vadim did the estimate and was easy to work with and gave a very fair bid. Our project manager Will was on top of things and kept me posted along the way, consulting me as needed and responsive to my request for photos of their work as the project progressed.
