Kirk was very professional - showed up 15-20 minutes early, very thorough and knowledgeable about the work. Just a couple of things: 1. maybe Kirk can explain and give more details about each task before he starts (such as cutting a hole in the furnace, using the air-whip to clean the vents, etc...). this way the customer feel more confident/knowledgeable with what's happening. Overall, very satisfied with his service and professionalism. Absolutely will recommend him to others.

These guys are professional and extremely quick. The price was fantastic and they even secured some insulation that had come loose for no extra charge. I will definitely use these guys again!
