Great experience with Vik! They had great communication and arrived when I was expecting them. They were very professional and were able to easily fix my outside faucet problem, even when the leaky faucet needed a new pipe due to an old illegal failed pipe patch that predated us. I appreciated the way they fixed the whole problem, including a run for parts. They also gave me good advice for finding a pro to fix the damage from the old leak.
Overall a great experience. I immediately asked them to fix the next item on my lis!

They called to ask if they could come earlier which was excellent. Took their shoes off without being asked. They changed out my broken disposal which required different piping than anticipated and fixed a leaky toilet flapper which had been problematic for years.
