FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to find out what is important to them. Based on structure and budget, not everything the customer dreams up can be achieved, so I want to know what is most important to them so we can insure that that is the main focus. Then we work together to design a product that the customer will love and we fine tune it until it's a product the customer loves at a price that fits their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a combined 75 years of construction experience. From new homes to insurance work, if it involves a commercial or residential property, we've done it. We have multiple guys who are lead paint certified.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should definitely think about their budget. While thinking about that, they should also think about their future with the property. Are they planning to be there forever or are they going to sell it eventually? How will the project benefit them when they sell the house. Can we increase the value for when they sell?
