Entered my project information on Thumbtack for pressure washing of asphalt driveway and unsealed concrete half basketball court. Clear N' Bright had best price. What made me feel they were a straight up (customer friendly) business was that they were quick to reply, answered all my questions, asked me questions to clarify job, and were very professional. They were able to accommodate the appointment to my schedule. I felt trust. So when they came to do the job I felt like they would do a good job. And they did! They had told me how long it would take, gave me additional maintenance tips and responded to all my questions in a friendly manner. The guys used a professional rotary pressure washing tool for both surfaces and then did a rinse to leave behind two clean surfaces. These guys were cool. I also asked about the other services they do and the cost. I got a quote for window cleaning and roof moss removal and treatment. I didn't proceed with those projects but the prices they gave me were very reasonable. I will hire them again. Thank You Clear N' Bright! you came through for me. You have a winning formula from what I see.

Johnston’s did an amazing job explaining our options, working with us on scheduling and completing our job on time for a great price. We asked them to permanently hang Christmas lights and they looked incredible.

I submitted a request for bids last week and the roof and gutters were cleaned less than a week later. Quick response times, on time to job, and work done and cleaned quickly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clear N' Bright has a minimum of $175.00 for any one service. We also give a new customer discount of $25.00. For returning customers, we offer a multi-service discount with each additional service you have done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like getting to know our customers, we ask their first and last name, ask what type of service they are looking for. We then ask for the address of the property and a good contact phone number just in case we are disconnected. We can typically pull up their home or business online and give them a very close estimate for the service they are requesting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Window Cleaning, Interior/exterior Gutter Cleaning, Moss Removal, Treatment on composition, cedar shake, metal and tile roofs. Pressure Washing most surfaces, except roofs, sealing concrete and Custom Holiday/Christmas lights, hung and removed.
