- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning, to give ourselves the time to get in deep and bring the space up to our exacting standards, and then if the customer wants regular cleanings, a simple standard cleaning will allow us to maintain that standard of cleanliness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We clean for clients that want regular (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) cleanings, customers who want a one time cleaning. We can do Deep Cleanings for customers that are only interested in a one-time cleaning. We do move-out/move-in cleanings for individuals, families, real estate groups, and apartment complexes, and for AirBNB hosts. We clean commercial spaces (storefronts, office spaces, gyms, etc…). We can do light duty post-construction cleanup, carpet spot treatment, and pressure washing.
