The night before they reached out with a scheduling issue and asked if I could do noon instead of 9. I agreed, but they didn’t show to until 1. Then they called and said they needed 3 hours instead of 2. I would have preferred to have the option to clean a smaller portion of the house, rather than have to pay for the additional time. I will say that the representative did a great job communicating and the cleaners did an excellent job.
