FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is mainly flat rate. We go by how many hours worked and then add additional fees such as hauling items to the dump, buying bins at the store, ect. All fees are upfront and not hidden. You will know what you get charged for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first give the client a free 1 hour consultation to go over the task at hand. On that same day after we meet I would then give them an estimate via email. I use the “Joy Method.” Where I would ask the home owner if particular items give them joy. If the item doesn’t give them joy it will be either donated or sold. There may even be a pile for items being stored somewhere like a storage unit. I put everything in zones that are categorized and neatly placed wherever it needs to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college in interior and graphic design. I have worked under a few companies, such as home staging, landscaping, facilities, and appliance associate. These have all helped give me understanding of how to clean homes.
