Amy gave me the bad news that my piano needed expensive repairs in order to hold a tune, but she did so in a very nice way and gave me a ton of options. Super nice and knowledgeable, will definitely hit her up whenever I get a piano that will not burst into splinters under heightened string tension.

I have a very old upright piano with lead plate. Amy was thorough, very observant, pointed possible problems in the future out. The piano sounds beautiful again. It hadn't been tuned in a least 15 years and had withstood several moves.

I have played piano for 40 years and I am quite mechanically inclined. I enjoy complex puzzles. This career has been a perfect match for my interests.
