- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start by sending our technician out to your home for most work and the starting rate is a $59 service fee. Once the tech arrives, he will quote out a price for repairs or replacement. Certain larger jobs, like remodels and repipes, are free estimates. We have a few discounts, ask our office staff for current discounts. Check out our website to see current coupons!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first let our customers know that we have a service fee; then we proceed to ask them further about the work they need; after information is gathered, we obtain all necessary contact information (including job location) and schedule them down, confirming their appointment date and time with our tech. Once at the location, we look over what is needed and talk to the customer about what they would like done. We then provide them with an estimate and they decide to do the work at that time or a later date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technians have years of training, and continue to learn from the newest experiences they encounter. Every job is a learning opportunity to find new ways to perform work, and become faster and more efficient in the future. Each technician also goes through various testing to refresh their knowledge in the field.
