Rafeal showed up on time, gave us a clear explanation of the problem and developed a solution that that fit our budget. Premium Solutions Exteriors(Rafael) was very responsive, scheduled quickly, and came on time for the roofrepair work. Rafael had all the tools(moisture scanner etc) and a tall ladder. I have friends where roofing pros came but then their ladder was not tall enough requiring rescheduling etc. Work was done pretty quickly in January where it is difficult to find periods without rain.
I definitely recommend Premium Solutions Exteriors.
