With 21 years of roofing experience, I specialize in both roof repairs and full replacements, as well as detailed roof inspections for homeowners. I work with many systems including PVC and TPO membranes, IB, EPDM, torch down, self-adhering and Versico, plus sloped roofs such as composition shingles, metal roofs, and cedar shakes. Rafeal showed up on time, gave us a clear explanation of the problem and developed a solution that that fit our budget. Communication was excellent, Rafael was very responsive, fixed all issues to our satisfaction. He even sent us detailed pictures showing exactly what he did. Premium Solutions Exteriors(Rafael) was very responsive, scheduled quickly, and came on time for the roof repair work. Rafael had all the tools(moisture scanner etc) and a tall ladder. I have friends where roofing pros came but then their ladder was not tall enough requiring rescheduling etc. Work was done pretty quickly in January where it is difficult to find periods without rain.
I definitely recommend Premium Solutions Exteriors.
