- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use clear and transparent pricing. We quote the job and we dont come back with extras after the job is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out one of our plumbers to review and diagnose your specific problem. We can also offer a safety inspection of your plumbing. Our plumber will then provide you with some options through formal estimates. There is no obligation to you to sign any of those estimates. If you accept we can generally start the work right then and there. As always, our prices are fully transparent. That means that what you agree to is the price we dont come back asking for more money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are fully licensed and in good standing with L&I in the state of Washington.
