Mason & Raul came down to Portland early and punctually. I hired them to run some CAT-6 ethernet lines in my home. They were timely, professional, and friendly, giving me ideas and alternatives as the project ran into unexpected hiccups (to be clear: problems due to my weird home, no fault of their own). Vertechs is not the cheapest option in town but the quality was great, and I'm happy with their service. Would recommend for your electrical, wiring and low-voltage needs!

Vertech was willing to assess, through chat, the nature of my issue. Describing the details the tech was willing to offer a "soft" price estimate of the job. I hired them, and the arrived on time the next day. They inspected and gave ne a price estimate. I agreed and the work began immediately. Within an hour and 15 min the project was done and tested! The techs approached this unusual project with professionalism and knowledge. I would hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the job. Our journeyman electrician will come do an assessment of your home or business and then you will receive an estimate on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to take the time to understand what our clients need during our initial phone call. During this call we will schedule an appointment for an assessment that works for our client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Electricians have passed journeyman electrical exams and received their Journeyman Cards as licensed electricians and also do required continuing education yearly.
