- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with my pricing and upfront. I don’t have any hidden fees and I do not try to upsell my customers on every little thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive on site at or before the time I say I’m going to be there, introduce myself, and will generally do a walk around with the customer just to make sure we’re on the same page with everything. Then I get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching and learning new techniques and procedures to help improve my business. Whether that be the proper way to clean a wood fence, or new window cleaning techniques. I’m always looking to improve myself.
