- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by doing a complete free full inspection of the project. Once completed, we put together an estimate based on the needs of the customer & local code requirements. If the estimate is accepted, we will have the customer sign an agreement & collect a deposit for material purchases. We are typically able to get most jobs scheduled & complete within 2 weeks of an agreement getting signed unless permits are required. Once the project is complete, the assigned project manager will do a final project walkthrough with the customer, upon satisfaction we will collect the final payment.

As a family owned business we have over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry ranging from Sales, Installation, Management & Customer Relations. We are certified with multiple Roofing Manufacturers. We also have a certified CESCL on every team to ensure your property & the environment around it is as good as before we arrived.
