Demolition Services

We contracted with Lason to demo a detached garage with a concrete floor and part of our asphalt driveway. From the moment I reached out he responded within a few hours, came to check out the space within a couple days, and gave us a very competitive bid within a day. We got on the schedule and he completed the work ahead of schedule. We had a slight hiccup (an adjacent structure that we wanted to keep crumbled under its own weight and wood rot - not due to Lason’s work though!) and we problem solved in real time with his expertise. All in all it was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Track Works to anyone searching for a safe, professional, friendly, and good value demo! If ever we need someone knocked down again we know who to call!

Demolition Services

It's so refreshing to work with someone who responds quickly, communicates clearly, shows up on time and works efficiently. I hope I don't have a lot of demolition work in my future but if I did, I would reach out to Larson immediately. Highly recommend

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't like to do by the hour pricing, it's always complicated and confusijmg trying to figure out how many hours I worked, lots if time I get phone calls or gotta leave to go look at another job, and trying to keep track of all my time when I'm on the job but not producing for the client is to confusing, although if it is the clients request of course I can and will work by the hour. typically I do the job by bid, so I give a set price, and once that price is agreed on, the client pays no more than the agreed upon piece, no matter how long it ends up taking me. It's kind o like an insurance for the client, the know exactly what they are going to be spending before the project ius started

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

typically, I like to get to know them, try to start a relationship, to earn their trust and so they can earn my trust as well, the job always go another when there is a good communication one correct understanding. I always make sure to ask before I leave if they are satisfied, if they are not I will ask why not? And what do I need to do to make you satisfied! my goal is to never leave a job unless the client is satisfied no matter what needs done

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

all the education I have received is in the job training and by learning from my mistakes, I personally believe this is the best way to learn any trade, I got right into dirt work right out of high school and learned how to run equipment there, from then I then decided to go works in the woods and logged and cleared land up until last year when I decided I wanted to venture out on my own
