- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Actually, mine is pretty simple. I prefer to charge a flat fee for doing the photoshoot and send the edited files to the client via email or google drive, usually within a day or two. If the client wants prints, albums or coffee mugs, they can use the files to order them online for less than what I would have to charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet in advance to discuss their needs if possible. But most people these days are too busy for that, so we trade a few emails and talk on the phone about their photo needs. My schedule is pretty flexible, so setting an appointment is easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly studying the latest equipment and techniques. It changes so fast now!
