Each home's window coverings are unique to each project, therefore, in-home estimates are always required to price out a job fairly for you. My prices are cost-based, rather than having sales or promotions, which I find fakey...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask you relevant questions to find what your needs are. I describe varied options after listening to your desires. I can also give you an idea of my prices by phone - that way, you know I am able to help you based on your project's perameters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I travel to Window Coverings trade functions learning about the latest window coverings being offered in the market. I go to seminars, and installation workshops, and also do online trainings in sales, measuring, and installation and repair techniques.
