They saved me, LITERALLY saved me. I had a nightmare the day before, where someone hung the door wrong, it wouldn’t stay closed and the door frame was routered out randomly and everywhere. What an absolute botch up. The guy had caulked in between the bricks on the front of my house and in the morning, I sat on the porch and cried. I called several people to try and fix this problem but nobody even seemed to care. Then Door Solutions came that afternoon and fixed the door. I was so relieved, I can’t even begin to tell you.

Tye was amazing! We initially contacted him about quoting for French doors, but when we realized we were having a problem with our garage door, we took a chance to see if he could help. He was more than willing and even had a solution to the problem before we met and after looking at photos of the door. He comes with immense experience and confidence that put us at ease. We are pretty wary of subcontractors, but Tye made us feel comfortable and helped us establish a certain level of trust we were not expecting to give. We will be contacting him in the future about our French doors for sure!
