I am so grateful to Neilius Construction for the beautiful half bathroom/ laundry room project that was completed. From start to finish, he was communicative, honest, and extremely thorough. The job included fixing the subfloor, installing new flooring, installing a vanity, installing a toilet, and everything that went along. There was water damage, and he checked the crawlspace to ensure everything was done properly. He spent so much time sending pictures of potential materials to ensure I would be happy with them and made sure all materials would be the best and most durable for the spaces. When I had to be out of town while he was working, he updated me with progress pictures. When we were at home while he was working, he was incredibly respectful and patiently answered all of my questions. I couldn’t be more thrilled with how this project turned out and look forward to trusting my future projects to Neilius Construction!

Neil did a great job repairing a damaged TJI joist in our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what needed to be done. After completing the structural repair, he also replaced all of the drywall and finished everything extremely well. You can barely tell the area was ever opened up. The whole job was clean, thorough, and well done. I’d definitely recommend Neil for any job around the house.
