Ross Leroy is a master of digital design and interpretation. From my first contact with Ross of Point Zero Creative I knew I had found the right person to help me with my design, it was like talking to a good friend you haven’t seen in a while. Ross was very descriptive of how the process worked, what was included, timetable of work, and a price quote for the whole project. After sending a napkin sketch of my idea and getting some basic information for what I was looking for, Ross quickly designed a rough draft and consulted me on what kind of adjustments might be needed. A couple more rounds of light adjustments, and my design was complete. Ross completed the work and provided me with multiple copies and drafts of my design, amazing value for the price. I would highly recommend Ross Leroy and Point Zero Creative to anyone and everyone looking for graphic design. Thanks Ross!

Ross has been incredible to work with. My team and I were in need of last minute illustration work during a holiday week. Ross jumped in illustrated a beautiful product that met our needs. His artistic talents, attention to detail, and professionalism are all reasons that we would gladly work with him again. I highly recommend Ross as an illustrator and colleague. Thanks Ross! -the Alaska Airlines team

Laura & Marisa, It's been a pleasure to work with your team, very professional, excellent communicators, and concise in your goals. I'll look forward to working with your team, or others in Alaska Airlines (if their half as good as you two) team on projects in the future. Let's get together on one soon... In Kind Regards, Ross Point Zero Creative

Ross helped us with the design & artwork for our IndiSoul Album. The quality of the work was great and he was able to make small changes we requested very quickly. I can think of nothing that could be improved...he was great!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a going hourly rate, but most jobs we bid per project as a "whole package", we typically don't involve our hourly rate until we go over the allotted time frame/project scope as we outline with the job & bid process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our education never stops, we learn from our peers, from our clients, from the advances in science and technology-it never stops! We take some moments out of every day to take note of what is going on in our industry and the design trends around the world. Looking into evolving industries like 3D printing with a lot of excitement.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish they knew to the degree at which we research, sketch, contemplate, sketch and brainstorm, design some more, then turn their ideas into form. Then design. Fail. Start over, design again. succeed. Show the clients sketches and hope they see what we see. All in the process of one job. And that is just the design phase, it gets more involved as the art and project moves into the production phase. But in the end, some customers just take it all for granted, much like we take for granted at times a simple waitress or farmers job, they all have put a lot of work, love and soul into what they do, but often don't get the credit or rewards they deserve.
