Ive been using Hot Tub Shines services for almost a year now to take care of my hot tub. Gabriel has been great at keeping it clean and in good condition. He never skips a service and he sends me a report every time. I always feel confident that the hot tub is working well thanks to Hot Tub Shine.

I bought a house that came with a hot tub...and I had no clue what to do with it. I called Hot Tub Shine based on 5 stars and was not disappointed! Gabriel did such a great job cleaning and explaining. He showed me how to do weekly maintenance and the thing is so shiney and clean...no "people stew" creepouts anymore. Thank you to Gabriel and Otis for servicing the Tacoma area...will be calling back in a few months!!!!!!

Highly recommend hot tub shine!first time, hot tub maintenance. Gabriel took the time prior to coming out to explain everything that he would do. He was on time and personable . During this appointment, Gabriel again was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions . Prior to leaving Gabriel texted(Without my requesting) things we went over, so as to have for future reference. Was extremely impressed with his professionalism . You can tell he Enjoys his Profession. I will be using him for all my future Hot tub maintenance.
