- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% senior discount and a 15% military discount (active, retired, or fired) and they can be combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job is unique and offers its own challenges, I try to listen more than talk, and just get a sense of what you want to accomplish and work it backwards from there. You tell me where you want to go, and I’ll make a plan with clearly defined goals to get you there within budget and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I listen. Attended Landmark training in 1998 in Seattle, WA. Landmark helped me learn to listen to what people say, not what I interpret them saying. I have never learned anything with my mouth open 🙂
