- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, currently I am pricing services as a Time and Materials; where time is 15% of the cost of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or meeting to get a feel for the type of work the customer is asking for as well as identifying if we have a good fit for the event the customer is needing to be planned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Information Systems and Management. I have worked as a project manager for over 10 years. I am applying my love for planning and scheduling to something fun, like planning your event!
