- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is customized to that clients event. There are many variable that play into quoting an event including travel, time, services, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to if possible sit down and talk with the client about what they are looking for? What is there day going to consist of? We then talk about services offered and what might fit there budget and event. Once a client is ready to book with Irish Entertainment we send out a contract and wedding planner. The contract is filled out and sent back with the required deposit to secure the date. The client then works on filling out the wedding planner and can contact us at anytime with any questions they may have. about 1 month prior to event we sit back down with customer and go over there days events and create a timeline based of the information they have. If we need to we also set up a venue walk through for any venue we may have not been to. Then the day of event we show up at least 3 hours prior to guests showing up to set up, sound check, and prior. Guests arrive, Wedding party arrives, and then we do what we do best.....create memories.

Continue to self educate and go to seminars and workshops.
