FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I do not attend classes to stay in touch with developments in the web design field, I spend several hours every week reading about new technologies, familiarizing myself with changes, and talking with other professionals about the future of web design.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I often build web sites for smaller companies or individuals who do not have the resources to build and manage their site. I specialize in working with all clients to build a unique look and feel for their site, and instruct them on how to manage the content.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A customer looking for a web design professional should be looking for someone with experience working with a variety of technologies. Though I am a WordPress Expert, I have worked with many content management systems, including Drupal, Joomla, and RedDot, and I have developed sites with HTML and other off-line editors like DreamWeaver and Front Page. In addition, the professional should be available to talk to you when you need them. Moonlighters often do great work, but are hard to get a hold of during normal business hours. As a full time web developer, I am available while you are working, and since I have no other job, I can help you in the evening when emergencies arise.
