I would highly recommend Sullivan's cleaning & restoration . There service was outstanding and there crew was very friendly and knowledgeable . They came every day to check our basement that was just recently flooded.Great Service!!

They came to my house to replace a piece of roof that blew off during the storm. They placed a temporary patch on my roof and that was it. Almost a year later i finally hear back from them saying i owe them almost 300 dollars for a job they didnt even finish! I called to dispute the bills and they just told me thats what is owed. (Keep in mind it took a week of me waiting for them to never call me back again!) I will never use this company or recommend them to anybody! Worst customer service i have dealt with when it comes to my house!

Heads not fully screwed in. I've received the same invoice from them a few times now, which was paid by insurance several months prior, and when I call them to confirm they say "yes it appears it was covered by insurance. let me do this and that to correct it" and then a month or two later I get the same invoice. It's been over a year now and it's still happening.

Live over an hour away and they had no issues coming to my home for roof and siding damage. Gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. They showed up on time and professional.
