- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward. I charge standard hourly labor rates during regular business hours. After-hours or weekend requests include a small surcharge, and emergency services are billed at a higher trip fee that covers the urgency of the work. I don’t offer discounts, but I always provide clear pricing up front so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty simple: I start by listening to what the customer needs and gathering details about the project. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the work, keep the customer updated along the way, and make sure everything is done to their satisfaction before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience doing repairs, installations, and maintenance work. I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, which has given me the skills to troubleshoot and complete jobs efficiently and safely.
