- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is normally "per person." If we are teaching a class, then we have a set fee per person for 10 people and under, after 10 people we give a 10% discount per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients for a free consultation. We work diligently to make sure that our clients are happy with the menu and every other aspect of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently take 2-4 classes a year based on time, to keep up to date with current trends.
