Our rep Scott was excellent, spending a great deal of time with us until we found the exact carpet I had envisioned. He was willing to run the extra mile to find what I wanted.
His follow up during and after the installation was something you don’t see often these days. Very attentive.
The installation went without a hitch, on time, professionally done, the guys even offering to help move things around for us.
