FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work. Demolition, material removal, and disposal are available but may include additional fees unless the customer chooses to handle those themselves. A deposit is required upfront to secure materials and scheduling. If dumpsters or special equipment are needed, we can provide them at an additional cost. We explain all pricing clearly before starting so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by connecting with the customer over the phone to understand their project and goals. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to walk through the project in person, discuss different scenarios that could come up, and explain all available options. We believe in clear communication, transparency, and making sure the customer feels safe and confident with us handling their project. After the walkthrough, we provide a clear plan, timeline, and pricing. Throughout the job, we stay in communication and make sure everything meets the customer’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes primarily from hands-on training and real-world job experience. I was personally trained by a mentor with years in the construction field, working directly on remodeling, decking, landscaping, and structural projects. My business partner has over 20 years of professional construction experience across residential work including framing, siding, decks, flooring, drywall, and general remodeling. We stay up to date with best practices, materials, and building methods to ensure quality and safety on every job.
