What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a monthly fee for bookkeeping services. The total price is dictated by the agreed upon services but starts at $300.00/month For bookkeeping training I charge $100.00/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a short phone call to get basic information. Then set up a video chat consultation where we talk through short term and long term goals as well as expectations. If all terms are agreed upon a proposal and engagement letter are drafted. Once they are signed I can begin work for my new client.
