FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My business and consulting pricing is fairly standardized, but the structure is based upon the unique requirements of the individual client. Generally, for advising there will be a retainer and a standard hourly or daily rate for work to be performed. MarCom projects are generally project priced. Real Estate Clients, for the sale and purchase of a property, are under the standard commission structure established by Wisconsin State Laws and First Weber Realtors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial no-cost consultation to determine specific needs and verify that I would be a correct fit for the client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a part of what I do. As a consultant, I must keep up with what's new, what works, what doesn't work, and activities in multiple industries to stay current. In addition to holding two degrees and 30-years of business, marketing, and communications experience, I have participated in intensive training programs learning proven techniques and processes for business analysis (life cycle and employee) as well as issues resolution and opportunity capture. As a part of attaining and retaining a Real Estate in the State of Wisconsin I am required to study and successfully pass Continuing Education requirements to insure that When I am not learning through my clients I am learning through ongoing independent research and study.
