- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 30.00 per hour for labor and any materials are in addition to this. also if the job does not take an hour their is a minimum charge of $ 45.00 I have done maintenance for several property managers and if the call is an emergency after hours all rates double.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak with the customer about their project as many times the request for service is a bit short on details, this way I can give a much better ideal of the cost and time required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained many years ago by growing up on a dairy farm, 4 years of mechanical/electrical training/work in the U.S. Marine Corps and in the more recent past have done several rehab projects of my own as well as several for investment clients. I also general contracted and built 2 new homes 9 years ago.
